Much better today. I went for a 30-mile group ride at a slower pace because I wasn't sure if I'd be in shape. The pace definitely felt slow. I under-packed which is kind of how it goes after not cycling for a while. I went for another 10-mile ride in the afternoon to get over 42 miles which is how much I'll do daily for senior project.
Also had some bike maintenance mishaps (like forgetting to pump the tires before the ride, or to bring a spare) which will get sorted out when I get back into the rhythm of things.
